Terms of Use
These terms describe the intended use and limitations of VRAET's public website, market intelligence, published research and controlled-capability materials.
Informational and Analytical Purpose
VRAET's website, public market intelligence and published research are general informational and analytical materials. They are not individualized investment, legal, tax or financial advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell an asset or financial instrument, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold one.
Evidence and Data Limitations
Market observations and source facts may be delayed, incomplete, stale, restricted or unavailable. VRAET preserves those states in its public presentation rather than treating missing evidence as neutral evidence. Analytical classifications describe the verified evidence available at the stated observation and retrieval times; they do not guarantee future market behavior.
Interpretation Boundaries
Descriptive timestamp overlap, relative movement, market structure and historical observations do not establish causation. Public intelligence should not be treated as a prediction, expected return, price target, execution instruction or assurance of a particular outcome.
Public and Controlled Capabilities
Public intelligence and published research are distinct from advanced intelligence and private signal conditions available only through controlled access where enabled. Requesting access does not itself grant access or establish that a capability is available to the requester.
Third-Party Sources and Availability
VRAET uses attributed third-party market and information sources. Source availability, freshness, coverage and publication rights may limit what can be displayed. Website functions and live data may also be interrupted or unavailable. A current price alone does not make incomplete supporting evidence complete.
Permitted Use
Users must not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access or misrepresent VRAET content as a guaranteed market outcome. Controlled capabilities and internal interfaces remain subject to their applicable access boundaries.
Submissions
Request Access and Careers submissions are handled as described in the VRAET Privacy notice. A submission does not guarantee product access, employment, an interview or a response.
