This notice describes how VRAET's public website currently handles information submitted through Request Access and Careers, together with limited technical data used to operate those workflows.
Request Access
Request Access requires a name and email address. A company or organization, role or title, and message may be provided optionally. The website also uses a hidden anti-abuse field and request-address information for rate limiting and submission verification.
Careers Applications
Careers applications require a full name, email address and Resume / CV. Phone number, location, position or area of interest, LinkedIn profile, portfolio or personal website, and cover letter or message are optional. Resume files must be PDF, DOC or DOCX and no larger than 4 MB.
How Submissions Are Handled
VRAET uses submitted information to review and respond to the request or application. Vercel-hosted server routes validate submissions and transmit them through Resend. Request Access submissions are delivered to bd@vraet.com. Careers submissions, including the Resume / CV as an email attachment, are delivered to careers@vraet.com. The sender's email address is used as the reply-to address.
Storage and Retention
The VRAET website application does not write Request Access or Careers submissions to its application database or file storage. Resume bytes are processed in server memory for validation and email delivery. Delivery creates records with the email service and recipient mailbox systems. The website application does not implement a retention or deletion period for those provider or mailbox records. Submitted contact and recruiting information is not published by the website.
Cookies, Analytics and Live Market Data
The current public website does not use advertising pixels, visitor analytics, consent tools, application cookies, local storage or session storage. Homepage and Platform market displays may connect directly to Coinbase Exchange for live BTC, ETH and SOL ticker data. That connection carries ordinary network information and the requested market identifiers, but it does not receive Request Access or Careers submission contents.
Operational Records
Application code does not intentionally log successful submission contents. It may record generic delivery failures or provider status for operational diagnosis. Hosting, email-delivery and recipient mailbox systems may maintain their own operational records; their retention is not controlled by the VRAET website application.
Direct Email and Privacy Questions
Selecting a public email link opens the visitor's own email service; information sent that way does not pass through a VRAET website form. Questions about information submitted through this website may be directed to hello@vraet.com.
